    Secure Systems Access Definition

    Requirement Deutsche Bank was implementing controls aimed at remediating issues originating from a recent audit by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
    Objective Deutsche Bank employees to undertake mandatory training about those controls and must sign off their understanding and their commitment to comply with these strict guidelines.
    Approach Design process driven role based access controls based to reduce access and managed using vaulting technology . Train a Neutral control function to approve access in exceptional circumstances. Design the process for enhanced access validation and all Change and Incident management systems to prevent unilateral access to production infrastructure.
    Result Process fully documented in a MS Word Operational Manual used to design and deliver training in Singapore. The project was delivered early.

Establishment of an integrated QMS to house auditable Governance and Process documentation. Instigation of an on-going Quality (ISO9001:2000) Awareness programme implementing a series of Internal Audits designed to raising Quality standards.
